Smartphone checklist: Stalking and women's shelters

People who have to flee to women's shelters or who are affected by stalking often experience so-called Advanced Persistent Threads (APTs). This means that over a long period of time they are repeatedly exposed to attacks in a variety of ways and with a lot of energy. The perpetrators often come from their close or former environment. Simply not using the smartphone cannot be a permanent solution here. This can lead to withdrawal and social isolation. It is better to be aware of the dangers and actively work on them so that you can continue to participate in social interaction.

Every threat situation is different. This list can therefore only contain non-binding suggestions. Some of the things mentioned here may not apply to you. If you are in acute need of help, you can contact the Frauenhauskoordinierung in Germany, for example.
